Deutsche Bahn InfraGO AG (Contract)

Responsible for designing and implementing all service management processes in alignment with ITIL standards. This encompassed software delivery, deployment, Definitive Media Library (DML) management, and configuration management. Key responsibilities also included coordinating Early Life Support (ELS), managing incident and problem resolution, and overseeing the transition and migration into test management. Additionally, asset management was handled for the project from end to end, along with support provided in establishing and organizing the project’s service management framework.

Oversaw automation management for projects in a global environment, coordinating releases across hardware design, software design, and documentation for blue-chip pharmaceutical clients like Novartis and Roche. Managed the full automation process from delivery and commissioning to startup and completion, ensuring seamless integration from an equipment provider’s perspective. Responsibilities included release qualification, test qualification, and operational qualification to maintain the highest standards of quality and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
